Across the grounds of South Lodge, a new biodiversity project is unfolding. The estates southern parcels are being restored into a rich mosaic of habitats, with lowland meadows, orchards, and new hedgerows and scrub creating corridors and shelter for wildlife. A landscape valued for its tranquillity will now support a flourishing BNG habitat bank and a revitalised home for nature.
